Our online registration allows you to enter The Dadfest 5k and pay by credit card. If you are a Dad and have children five and under who can be registered free, you will not do this online. All you need to do is sign a waiver form when you pick up your packet. All children will receive T-shirts. There is a small surcharge to use this service.
You will know you have successfully completed the registration process when you receive a confirmation email with a confirmation number.

2.Open the file adn fill it out completely
3.Print and Sign the Form.
4.Mail with check or money order
